Pupil Premium
The Pupil Premium is additional funding provided to schools to improve educational outcomes for disadvantaged pupils.
At Stonebridge School, we are committed to ensuring that every pupil has the opportunity to achieve their full potential. Pupil Premium funding is used to help address the barriers to learning experienced by disadvantaged pupils and to support their attainment, progress and wider development.
Our approach is informed by the needs of our pupils and evidence-informed approaches. We consider the challenges faced by disadvantaged pupils when deciding how the funding can be used most effectively and review the impact of our provision to ensure that it is making a positive difference.
Pupil Premium Strategy
Our Pupil Premium Strategy Statement sets out:
- the amount of Pupil Premium funding allocated to the school
- the main barriers to educational achievement faced by eligible pupils
- how we intend to use the funding to address these barriers
- the evidence that supports our chosen approaches
- how we will measure the impact of our strategy
- when the strategy will next be reviewed
- the impact of the previous year's Pupil Premium expenditure
